Shipping & Handling – Please allow 8 – 10 business days for delivery as we ship all items via USPS – for which we charge a standard shipping and handling fee of $15 – or you can pick up your purchase here at The Jewelbox in Ithaca, NY, for free.  You can choose one of these options when you check out/finalize your order. *If you would like to have your item shipped overnight/insured via UPS, please contact us directly for additional charges: 607-257-4666.*

Return Policy – We stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.  If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 15 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund of purchase price. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and free of any scratches or wear.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made.  Shipping and handling is not refundable.  Please email info@fingerlakescharm.com if you have questions regarding more specialized circumstances.

All items must be returned in the original packaging and only new, unworn and non-altered jewelry will be accepted for return.  Please return pre-paid and insured via a trackable carrier (UPS, Fedex, DHL or Airborne) to:

Can I have my Finger Lakes Jewelry customized?  Currently, this site is designed to order “basic” Finger Lakes pieces – without any customization – but we are working on that.  If you would like to have an item customized – for example, have a gem set in a specific location – please visit The Jewelbox’s web site (that’s the link) and contact an extremely helpful sales representative who can assist you further.
